The Scarf Post

Two scarves that I love for this fall are the SUPER BIG SCARF, and the infinity scarf (making a comeback from last year)

The super big scarf makes one's head look really small, so watch out! It is a really beautiful trend and I like it with a sleeker coat.

When you really want to bundle up, a knit infinity scarf is your best bet!

Here, Miranda Kerr wears  a huge leopard print one and a model wears a gorgeous loop scarf by missoni!

The most beautiful coat

If only I could afford this!

Ever since I saw the lovely Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wear this coat, I have been on the search for the perfect dupe! I can't see ever being able to afford this cable-knit burberry prorsum trench coat.

If only *sigh*

holiday decorations!

Urban Outfitters is selling a tiny holiday tree for christmas time in the city. Your apartment can look super cute for 12 dollars. I was thinking about buying it in red :) OR, you can just make your own with a bucket and some sticks :) I think it looks cute!

Design: Tufted Headboards

I have been seeing these everywhere lately and the are so cute. I have one myself, and I feel like such a princess when I lay down in my bed...

Best winter boots part 1

Right now, in Philly, we are expecting a bit of snow tomorrow. I know, it's october :( But Philly is unpredictable like that.

Anyways, in this freezing cold weather, I am thinking about the rain boot that I will be wearing this winter. I do have my wedge La Canadienne boots in Isabelle (this will be best winter boots part 2) that I have been wearing for three years, but I recently purchased a less heeled winter boot for my long walks to work.

I know I just did a hunter rain boots post, but I thought I would touch on Hunter summit snow boot post!

Here they are:

Fashion: best rainy-time boots

Everyone needs a good pair of Wellies. I think that while hunter boots may be the best quality, they are hardly affordable for EVERYONE. That being said, they are simply the best and I doubt they will ever go out of style. Well, I hope they dont. I really wish that UGGs had gone out of style three years ago, but they are still fricking aroun1 UGG stands for ugUGgly right?

I should concede that I own ugg coquette house shoes AND an ugg bucket hat. They are cute, but those boots  that everyone wears in different colors are HIDEOUS.

back to Wellies.. They are worth it. BUT only the tall shafted boots. The ORIGINAL TALL HUNTER BOOT.

1) They come ina ll colors
2) They fit a cariety of food sizes so  I can share the boots with my sister who has  size 7 foot while I wear a size 5. We have two pairs of hunters in green and brown and the size we own is 5. It just works
3) they can be turned into winter boots with the special socks that you have to buy (~$20)
4) THEY ARE SLIMMING- I have so idea why. It is the magic of the hunter welly (the short version is not slimming)

5) They work.... you can step in ANY puddle!

Beauty: Magnetic Nail Polish

I have been waiting to get this for over a month. I was so excited to see it in my local Sephora and I literally went in and bought it in the span of like 3 minutes.

I feel so guilty because it costs 16 dollars and no one EVER spends that much on nail polish, right?

Well this Nails, inc. magnetic polish makes me so happy!

Here it is on my fingers :)

This is after a few days, but you get the picture. Anyways, you just put on two coats a little but globbily and then hold the magnet in the cap over it for like 20 seconds! EASY AS PIE!!!!
